Martin J. Minnella

Attorney Martin J. Minnella graduated from Temple University , Philadelphia, PA with a BA degree in Business. He received a Juris Doctorate of Law Degree from the New England School of Law, Boston, MA . He was honored with the American Juris Prudence Award from Lawyer’s Cooperative Publishing for excellence in the study of criminal law, civil procedure and constitutional law.

He is a partner in the Firm Moynahan & Minnella, LLC and been in practice for more than 30 years. Attorney Minnella has been featured in People Magazine and a featured guest on Good Morning America and the subject later became a TV movie starring Kevin Bacon. He is a member of the NY Athletic Club, NY , NY , The Hartford Club, Hartford , CT and a founder of Minnella Law baseball team in the TwiMet Baseball league. He is a founding member of the Connecticut Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys, a member of the CT Bar Association, & Federal Bar Association and is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States , Washington , DC .

Attorney Minnella is also honorary chairman of the Waterbury Day Nursery, 2004 Gala. He is a longtime benefactor of the Baldwin/River Street Recreational Center where he has taken children to baseball games and other events.

He is married, has five children and resides in Middlebury , CT.
