David Compagnone

David Compagnone joined the firm of Moynahan & Minnella, in 2005. David has a Bachelors Degree in Marketing & Management from Missouri Southern State University and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Quinnipiac University. He is licensed to practice law in; Connecticut, Missouri, Federal District Court in the Western District of Missouri, Federal District Court in Connecticut, and the Eight Circuit Court of Appeals.

David Compagnone has experience in both civil plaintiff and criminal defense litigation, including lead plaintiff's counsel for the first jury trial in the UNited States on the Federal Employee Polygraph Protection Act, and as criminal defense co-trial counsel on a Capital Murder case. David has also tried various other civil including; assault & battery, motor vehicle, and slip and fall cases.
