Attorney Edward’s primary focus is in the practice areas of commercial and residential financing and closings, criminal defense, civil litigation, Wills, Trusts and Probate matters. Prior to joining Moynahan & Minnella, LLC, Attorney Edwards practiced in New Haven, CT for over twenty-five years as the principal of his firm.

In addition to his legal experience, he was a partner in a residential design and construction company resulting, in part, to being certified as a residential home inspector. This provides him with an in-depth understanding of the real estate, design, build and construction industries.

Attorney Edwards taught Business Law at the college level and has conducted numerous informational seminars to real estate companies, buyers and sellers.

Attorney Edwards is actively engaged in numerous civic activities as an advisor to towns for Historic District Regulations, Youth Baseball and Basketball Coach. He is presently a coach for the Cheshire Challengers Youth Baseball Team and a past member of the Cheshire High School Principal Search Committee.

He received his undergraduate degree from Quinnipiac University, in Hamden, Connecticut, and his Law Degree from Suffolk University School of Law, in Boston, Massachusetts.
