Attorney DiVito is a recent graduate of the University of Notre Dame Law School in South Bend, Indiana. At Notre Dame, he focused mainly on federal criminal law, with a concentration in federal securities litigation and enforcement. As an undergraduate at Stonehill College in Easton, Massachusetts, Attorney DiVito majored in Political Science and minored in Philosophy and graduated magna cum laude in 2005, also earning recognition as the Outstanding Senior Student in American Government.
